Retreat to find healing after Abortion

Discover healing from the wounds of abortion at a Rachel's Vineyard retreat November 9 to 11 in the Diocese of Madison.  A safe and supportive environment is provided, away from the pressures of everyday life so that healing can begin through a trauma sensitive approach.

This retreat is for both women and men who have been struggling with the aftermath of abortion. We extend an invitation to discover the unconditional love and mercy of God who wants to heal the wounds of abortion. Years may have passed since the abortion.  Whether recent or long ago, God is waiting for you or someone you love.  Understanding that your loss may be something that you have never shared with another person, even those who are closest to you, all interactions with the Rachel’s Vineyard team are completely confidential.

For more information, contact Mary at 608-221-9593, or rachel@straphael.org or go to www.madisondiocese.org/rachel

And I'm not sure if this is appropriate but it's from the USCCB and timely in light of what I just saw on the Diocese web site.  One of our seminarians lost his older sister to opioid overdose.  Tragically sad.
